SHIPPING

All orders over $150 qualify for FREE SHIPPING! $7 Standard Shipping via USPS on orders under $150. Free local delivery is available, just be sure to check your zip code at checkout to see if you qualify! In stock orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days. Pre-order items will be shipped upon arrival, either by specific date listed under item description or 4-8 weeks for made to order Pukatuka pieces. Orders that contain both in stock and pre-order pieces will ship together at the later date. If you need your in stock items sooner, you must send a request by e-mail within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please be aware that these timelines are estimated windows and arrival dates are dependent upon international COVID-19 restrictions. Made to order and pre-order item delivery times are subject to change based on these ever changing guidelines and restrictions, as well as international shipping and customs delays.

RETURNS 

We are unable to offer refunds to original form of payment at this time. We do offer store credit on items purchased at full price, with the exception of Pukatuka. All Pukatuka is FINAL SALE. However, the Mom collection is eligible for store credit or exchange. Returns must be initiated within 7 days from receiving your order and we must receive your order back within 10 days once return is approved. Please e-mail shopdearjames@gmail.com to start your return. Your order may be subject to a restocking fee. Hair bows, swimwear, socks and personalized items are final sale. Sale items or items purchased at a discount are not eligible for returns or refunds. Cancellations or changes to an order must be received by e-mail within 24 hours of the order being placed. Pukatuka orders that have taken longer than 12 weeks to arrive are eligible for a return or cancellation for exchange or store credit only. 

RESTOCKING FEE

Due to the custom nature of Pukatuka clothing, we do not accept returns (with the exception of the Mom Dress). All sale and flash sale items are final sale. If there is a situation where we allow a final sale order to be returned, your order will be subject to a restocking fee which will be deducted from your total store credit.
