Shipping: All orders over $150 qualify for FREE SHIPPING! $7 Standard Shipping via USPS on orders under $150. Free local delivery is available, just be sure to check your zip code at checkout to see if you qualify! Free pickup from our Houston boutique is also available, please contact us for more information. We ship all packages from our Houston shop location on Tuesdays and Thursdays, your order will be shipped pending item availability and order volume. In stock orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days. Pre-order items will be shipped upon arrival, either by specific date listed under item description or 4-8 weeks for made to order Pukatuka pieces. Orders that contain both in stock and pre-order pieces will ship together at the later date. If you need your in stock items sooner, you must send a request by e-mail within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please be aware that these timelines are estimated windows and arrival dates are dependent upon international COVID-19 restrictions. Made to order and pre-order item delivery times are subject to change based on these ever changing guidelines and restrictions, as well as international shipping and customs delays.
In stock, full priced merchandise can be returned for store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and tags must be attached. Preorder items and sale items are final sale. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the return process. Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless there was a mistake on our end. All Pukatuka orders are FINAL SALE and returns will not be accepted, with the exception of the Mom Dress. The Mom Dress can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Please e-mail email@example.com to start your return/exchange. Returns must be initiated within 7 days from receiving your order and we must receive your order back within 10 days once return is approved . If a Pukatuka order has taken longer than twelve weeks to arrive, we are happy to issue an exchange or a return for store credit only. Promotions, sales, or discounts can not be applied to previous orders, and we do not offer price adjustments. Cancellations or changes to a Pukatuka order must be received by e-mail within 24 hours of the order being placed.
